Its Snowing!!!

As a child, I loved snow!

I Still Do! Live in Wonderment!

We did not live in countries where there might be snow all the time. Nonetheless when we moved to new places with snow, and the excitement of pending snow!

OH WOW!! SNOW!!

It is snowing today here in Colorado, and being inside, loving Winters for it feeds my introverted self.

Writing by the fireplace, watching a beautiful ballet of snow flakes.

Swirling pirouettes, dancing, flying up and down ~ all around,

it’s my own very special Choreography of snow!

Outside my window, more snow starting to tumbling – swirling ~ roiling !

Swooch comes the Snow!

Twirling, swirling – swimming in the air, all over the land, covered in white.

The skies are grayish white with SNOW!

As we warm ourselves by the fireplace, watching a continuous White Ballet

Animals love snow, even my cat and dog love to roll in the snow; saves me a bathing time, getting soaked, cleaning a tub from dog hair during the winter.

The snow has become a white out, it won’t last long.

Enjoy the beauty.

If driving, as in rainfall, I pull my car over and revel in natures priceless view!

As I watch by my window, the flakes clamor to come inside. Gently tapping at the panes, brushing slightly, bouncing off to other ends.

Beauty of Nature!

Lightly touching again the large panes of glass, dancing in a myriad of directions, never colliding, always cooperating as nature intends life to be.

Swirling, dancing, falling, drifting – a never ending hush of white!

Whirling round and round, drifting to the ground.

Some lick the snow as it falls on their noses, others watch as it melts.

The sensation of cold then warm, it brings miracles in the spring time.

I LOVE SNOW!

There is nothing more whiter!

Every single snow drop has it’s unique crystals and they float from a place we never see for the snow covers the entire sky.

Each snow crystal falls and drifts, landing who knows where.

As a child, looking up to the sky, wondering how does this happen, its our own personal Disney land with no adults to tell us how to savor this very moment.

Snow men with carrots or twigs, buttons made of little rocks. Children and their sleds, sliding on their tummies!

Who can resist such joy?

Herds of Buffalo stand close to guard their young.

All nature’s instincts know when the snow no longer falls, the land is rich for birthing all their young with plenty to graze and feed.

Animals safe in their boroughs, nesting their tails around their noses.

All creatures, and life must sleep!

Snow is wondrous, for the earth must sleep.

Sleep is natures way of the calm and rejuvenation. As nature gives to the Earth, the Earth will soon be abundantly rich with food.

And Pop comes Spring, full of vibrant colours, pushing through the small amount of white blanket left from the cold.

We know it is Spring, there is joy abundant.

Flowers bloom brilliantly.

Trees blossom gloriously.

What would life be without Snow?

NO FUN!
